When will my order arrive?

• We use Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery service. Please allow 5 working days for your items to arrive if you have a UK postal address.

• We. currently only ship to the UK . We look forward to expanding our shipping soon!

Refund and Exchanges Policy Terms and Conditions

• We do accept returns for all products. According to the Customer Code, The customer has a 14 day period to return the product/products if bought in-store, starting from the Day of purchasing. If the Item was purchased online we accept returns within a 20 day period. This period starts from the next working day from purchase.

• (If you bought a product online, please email quincieginger.returns1@gmail.com Please state your name and order number. We will send you the return address and you will be responsible for your own shipping fees. We advise you keep the number just in case the delivery does not make it to the return address. Once the item has been received and the item in its original condition. A refund will be issued.

• PLEASE NOTE: All products are checked twice over before sent to the customer to ensure the best experience. If the Item you are wanting to return is delivered back to us damaged, worn, not in an acceptable condition for re sale and does not have all the labels still intact, the buyer is responsible for any personal loss. The seller (Quincie Ginger) has a right to not refund and the item will be sent back to you and will not receive a refund.
